SastyBed handles account deletion by email so we can verify the request belongs to you. Send us an email from the address registered on your account and we’ll take care of the rest.
Sending from your registered email lets us confirm the request quickly. Using the button above pre-fills these fields for you.
We delete your profile, login credentials, identity/KYC documents, saved hostels, messages and other personal data associated with your account. Some records may be retained where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for tax/audit).
We action verified requests promptly. Your account is deactivated and scheduled for deletion, and backups are permanently purged within 90 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
